Historic District Expansion

Thanks to the Preservation League of NYS the Silver Lake Institute has been awarded just under $10,000 to expand the existing National Register District. This will allow cottage owners to access State and Federal Tax credits on the repairs and rehabilitation of their homes. This work will be carried out by our consultants at the Landmark Society of Western NY
