Epworth Hall Restoration Updates
Work continues on Epworth Hall, and we’re pleased to share the latest progress. What began in early 2024 as behind-the-scenes “scoping and predevelopment” work has steadily grown into a major restoration effort. This work has been made possible in large part through two significant state grants: a $234,281 CFA grant supporting the elimination of groundwater intrusion and structural/foundation restoration, and a $98,000 NYSCA grant focused on interior plumbing, bathroom finish
