The Institute is entertaining bids for an unnumbered lot on Janes Ave. near Hedding Ave. which is highlighted in the image above.

Sealed bids should be hand delivered or mailed to the SLI Office ( PO Box 20, 46 Wesley Ave., Silver Lake, NY 14549) and must arrive ahead of the August Board Meeting on August 16, 2025. The exterior of the envelope should be clearly marked "LOT BID". The bids will be opened at the August Board Meeting and we will respond thereafter. Buyer should be prepared to handle all transfer fees and provide a copy of the survey map.
