WATERFRONT:  As many of you know, the waiting list for Waterfront spaces is quite lengthy. If you are a resident who currently has a Waterfront space and does not utilize it, please consider subleasing to a resident who is on the waiting list. MARINA:  Marina docks are scheduled to begin going into the water in late April, weather permitting. Hoists are typically installed the first weekend in May, also dependent on weather conditions.
